4. Admission and Outcome Disclaimer

Final admission decisions, allotments, approvals, seat availability, fee structures, eligibility confirmation, and counselling outcomes are controlled by respective colleges, universities, counselling authorities, statutory bodies, and admission committees.

SikshaConnects does not control final admission decisions.

5. Payments and Fees

Users may be required to pay registration fees, counselling fees, service fees, digital product fees, or other applicable charges.

The payable amount, including taxes and payment gateway charges where applicable, will be displayed or communicated before payment.

Payment confirms the user’s intent to engage SikshaConnects for the selected service.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

7. Communication and Service Delivery

The user confirms that all submitted documents are authentic and legally valid.

Digital products, study materials, recorded lectures, test series, downloadable content, and subscriptions are intended only for the registered user.

Such content may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, reproduced, or transferred without written permission.

10. Intellectual Property
